Still a bit sore from Monday’s dodgeball games at work (we have an annual Thanksgiving week event) and I only played in about 4 games total. Some of my similarly aged colleague that were on more successful teams (and played more games) were so locked up yesterday that they questioned whether they will play in the future! As someone who has always enjoyed casual competitive sports this is my main complaint about aging.
