@prologic@twtxt.net I hear you with the bureaucracy! Gonna send my almost-ex manager an exit email of recommendations to improve each role I’ve filled from my POV. Filled a role this last week that sends emails to our direct care providers rather than a message through the main system we all use. No idea why but it makes everything approx. 4x longer to complete than is needed.

Our regional staff have the right idea. Make things as simple as possible and things just get done. Amazing, really 😂
