Not sure, though, whether there are any scientific data to back it up or not. The only country lore that’s always true is: “Wenn der Hahn kräht auf dem Mist, ändert sich’s Wetter oder es bleibt wie es ist” – “When the cock crows on the dung heap, the weather changes or stays the same”.
